Affordable "Budget" Crewed Charters

 for the charter guest who wants a yacht charter at an economical price.

 You are provided with the following:

A Professional Captain and Chef

All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, hors d’ouvres and snacks) prepared by your chef, based  on your provided preferences.  Standard ship's bar included.

 Your meals include breakfast juice, tea and coffee.  

Included in your charter fee are mooring buoy fees for only 2 nights of your charter.  You have the choice of being on anchor for the other nights or paying your captain for the additional cost of mooring buoys at $15 - $25 per night.

 Boat and dinghy insurance, oil, fuel, water and all advertised water toys are also included.

Boat handling options are do it all (subject to captain’s discretion), do some of it, or do nothing.

Not included in charter fees:
 The customary gratuity of around 15% to a deserving crew, any land tours, taxis, meals off the yacht, cruising permit, boat license, docking costs, communication expenses.
Mooring fees above the 2 nights allocated.  Any dive mooring fees. 
 Air-conditioning also not included. Available at $70 per night, paid directly to the Captain.

Children under 10 $250 each with minimum 2 adults. 

All charter rates are based on a 7 night, 8 day vacation. Longer and shorter vacations are available.
 Xmas and New Year - add 10%.

"Half Board" Crewed Charters

"Half Board" charters include 7 appetizing breakfasts, 4 lunches and 3 dinners, as well as snacks and standard ship's bar.  The balance of your meals can be eaten at fun-filled beach bars or more conventional restaurants, depending on Catnap's location.

  Otherwise all the information from the above "Budget package" applies.

Children under 10 $160 each with minimum 2 adults. 

All charter rates are based on a 7 night, 8 day vacation. Longer and shorter vacations are available.
  Xmas and New Year - add 10%.

"Captain only" Charters

Our popular "Captain only" program offers you a licensed Captain and full use of our water toys.  You do the cooking, cleaning, provisioning and assist the captain with boat handling.  

Included in your charter fee are: A licensed captain, yacht insurance, and advertised water toys.

Not included in charter fees:
 The customary gratuity of around 15% to a deserving crew and all other expenses.

Plus expenses

Children under 10 $100 each with minimum 2 adults. 
All charter rates are based on a 7 night, 8 day charter vacation. Longer and shorter vacations are available.
  Xmas and New Year - add 10%.

Limited Bar

If your bar requirements are minimal, please inquire about the limited bar.  This can give you a saving of up to $60 per adult per charter.  The limit per 7 day charter is $42 per adult (at $6 per adult per day), and $20 per child under 10 for the entire charter. This will be included in the normal charter fee.
For example, on a 6 adult 7day charter, a total of $252 will be included for the limited bar.  Any additional $ spent at your request will be due upon boarding.

If you wish, you may purchase your own needs just before, or even on charter, or let the crew do your complete purchase prior to your arrival. Please note that prices are typically more in the BVI.

Special Summer Offer:

Dates applicable: 11 July to 31st October, unless by special arrangement.

Half board: $1600 off.

Captain only: $800 off.

No full board charters, unless by special arrangement. Only 3 cabins and the 2 fore-peaks will be available.  All other normal rate conditions will still apply. 48 hour turnaround, unless by special arrangement.

Crew: The owners, Lyn and Etienne Rossouw.

We crewed Catnap for 10 years and know the Virgin Islands intimately.  Weather permitting, we can take you to the deserted reefs on the East End of Anegada where there should not be another yacht within 10 miles. We also frequent at least 3 other anchorages where we will, more than likely, be alone.
However, it's your charter, so we can do beach bars and follow the regular charter route as well.
